Hirsh has sold its fully approved project at Theodore Drive to EIP , both sides are acknowledging while old friend Home Depot is in talks with EIP to lease space in the massive building, President Bruce A. Levine confirms, the homegrown company doing a build-to-suit warehouse for the same denizen in Tewksbury pre-pandemic, that structure even bigger at 702,000 sf already in operation.
